Terms of Service

AbaSkill Connect is a marketplace that helps customers and artisans find and connect with each other. We do not employ artisans and are not a party to any agreement between a customer and an artisan.

· Provide accurate information when registering and creating a profile.

· Do not impersonate others or submit false verification details.

· Communicate honestly and arrange payment directly with the other party.

· Do not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.

Verification badges confirm that an administrator reviewed identity or business details. They do not guarantee the quality of an artisan's work, the outcome of a job, or that all scam risks are eliminated. Always take reasonable care when agreeing work and making payments.

AbaSkill Connect does not process payments, hold escrow, or charge commissions in this first version. Customers and artisans arrange payment directly. We do not take responsibility for payments made outside the platform.

Reviews can only be submitted after a genuine job is marked completed, and are linked to that job. We may moderate reviews that are reported and found to be inappropriate, false or abusive.

We may suspend or remove profiles, reviews or accounts that violate these terms or are reported and confirmed to be misleading or harmful. A report alone does not label someone a scammer — every report is reviewed fairly.

AbaSkill Connect is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct, work quality or reliability of any artisan or customer, or for any loss arising from interactions on the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
